Q: What type of projects do you build?

A: We specialize in custom single family homes, residential additions, and major residential renovations. We also have an acute appreciation for historic renovations.
Q: What is your service area?

A: Our typical service area includes Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Guilford, and Orange counties in North Carolina.
Q: How soon can you start my project?
​
A: It's important for every project to have meaningful consideration and thought. If you are thinking about an upcoming project in the near future give us a call. Given we pride ourselves in being a hands on contractor we typically get booked out 4-6 months on major projects.
Q: What is your renovation process?
​
A: After clients contact us we will set up an initial meeting. During this meeting we will get to know you and gather preliminary project information. Within two weeks we will provide a ballpark estimate for you to consider based on our historic cost of similar projects. Should you wish to move forward we would enter into a Design & Feasibility Contract. This allows us to really dig into the possibilities and specifics of your proposed project and also allows us to deliver you an accurate build cost. Almost there!....... after all the information is compiled for your project and the client wishes to proceed we would then enter into an actual build contract. Lastly, we undertake the most exciting part of making your dreams a reality!
