Master Bath and Powder Room Renovation
These bathrooms were completely transformed to encompass the transitional style the clients were after. Crisp clean lines and elegant finishes make this master bathroom one that invites relaxation. Heated tile flooring puts the perfect touch for comfort.
Scandinavian Style
These clients wished to implement a open floor plan design with a Scandinavian feel. We completely opened up the existing configuration and designed a space that is functional and one with natural flow. We also added under cabinet lighting and carefully positioned new can lighting to make the work spaces and walkways bright and functional. Soft pastel colors, warm terracotta tile, along with floating shelving capped off this kitchen transformation. The rooms involved in this renovation were entry, laundry, kitchen dining, and living room.
The Total Renovation
These clients purchased this historic home with big renovation ideas! After our initial meeting it was clear that this project would encompass a broad scope touching most every part of this historic gem. We were excited and anxious to begin this transformation. It was clear that we would need to implement an open floor plan design that had functional flow without sacrificing it's historic charm. Classy and clean selections truly make this stunning renovation one we were honored to be a part of!

Modern Up-fit on a budget
This Kitchen and Master Bath renovation utilized existing cabinets to maximize the clients budget. First we choose a stylish and sleek paint color and began the process of properly scuffing and coating the existing cabinetry to provide a durable and lasting finish. We also implemented new granite countertops, new larger floor tile, a new pendant, can lights, chandelier, and a glass backsplash to really make this kitchen stand out!
We gave this master bathroom a fresh new look utilizing the same process of scuffing and painting the vanity. We also updated the countertop, vanity light, and installed a new faucet. Implementing larger tile in this smaller bathroom gave this small space the bigger feel that the client was looking for.
